T he Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season nine housemates, Onyeka and Chizoba Chigbo, engaged in a heated argument during their wager task preparation. The sisters, who entered the reality show as Team Chekas, found themselves at odds while preparing for their task along with other duos in the house.
On Friday, tensions rose as Onyeka and Chizoba disagreed over the script for their presentation. Onyeka claimed superiority in scriptwriting, boasting about her skills. “When it comes to preparing scripts for the game, just leave it to me. All these psychology things, I’m just so good at it,” Onyeka asserted.
Chizoba, feeling undervalued, reprimanded her sister for dismissing her earlier efforts on the script. Frustrated, she eventually abandoned the task preparation.
Onyeka and Chizoba are among 28 housemates, paired into 14 teams, who were introduced at the BBNaija season nine premiere. The show, set to run for 71 days, will conclude on October 6, with the winner taking home the grand prize of N100 million.
This week, all pairs of housemates face possible eviction except for Team Beta (Ben and Tjay), who secured immunity, and Team Ndi Nne (Chinne and Nne), the custodians of the house. In a surprising twist, the Mbadiwe Twins, who won the first Head of House (HoH) title, are also up for possible eviction.
The dynamics in the BBNaija house continue to evolve, with alliances and conflicts shaping the journey of each contestant towards the grand prize.
