H on. Gbenga Elegbeleye, Chairman of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), is set to deliver a presentation at an event focused on strengthening the integration of football and education in Nigeria.
The event, which will take place on Monday, February 11, at the Abuja Continental Hotel, Wazobia Hall, will also feature Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), as the special guest of honor. His Excellency, László Szabó, the Ambassador of Hungary to Nigeria, will also be in attendance.
Organized by Hungary-based V Agency, the event aims to spotlight the role of technology in football scouting, with a particular emphasis on advancements in scouting techniques such as the use of AI, advanced scouting software, video editing, and analytics.
In her invitation letter to Elegbeleye, V Agency's CEO, Alexandra Végh, highlighted that the event will explore how these technological tools, combined with player assessments, could transform the scouting process and improve the integration of football and education in the country.
The event will also showcase V Agency’s contributions to fostering partnerships between sports and education in Nigeria. Key stakeholders, including football clubs, academies, schools, and professionals from the Nigeria National League (NNL), Nationwide League One (NLO), and other educational institutions, will be in attendance.
During the event, Végh will share insights into V Agency’s projects in Nigeria, offering a platform for networking and collaboration among football and education sector leaders.
